VIBE Version effective as of May 10, 2026 

Article 1 – Scope These terms govern all orders placed on the Liberty Vibe website, including pre-orders and limited-edition drops. By confirming an order, the Customer fully accepts these terms.

Article 2 – Products The products are ready-to-wear items available in limited quantities. Their characteristics are described on each product page. The photographs are representative of the finished product.

Article 3 – Pre-order & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Sales from May 10 to June 10, 2025 are pre-orders. Production is contingent upon a minimum of 50 units being sold.

  • If this minimum is reached, production will begin immediately.
  • If this threshold is not reached by June 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM, all pre-orders will be canceled and fully refunded within 14 business days, without any action required on your part, via the original payment method.

Article 4 – Price & Payment Prices are indicated in euros including VAT. Delivery costs are specified before confirmation. Payment is processed upon ordering.

Article 5 – Delivery Times In the event of a production launch, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Factory production: 45 days
  • Shipping to France: 7 days
  • Shipping to your address: Depending on the shipping company
  • Contingency (customs, quality control, unforeseen circumstances): 7 days

Estimated delivery: end of July 2025. These delivery times are indicative. Any significant delay will be communicated by email.

Article 6 – Cancellation & Right of withdrawal: A confirmed pre-order cannot be canceled unless the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is not met. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order. In the event of non-conformity of the received product, the legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years.

Article 7 – Solidarity Commitment: For each pair of shorts sold, €1 is donated in good faith by the Seller to initiatives supporting Afghan women.

Article 8 – Personal Data: Your data is used solely for processing your order, in accordance with the GDPR, and is never shared with third parties without your consent.

Article 9 – Liability & Disputes: The Seller cannot be held liable if the MOQ is not met, as this constitutes an essential condition of the contract. For any complaints: [email Liberty Vibe]. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Applicable law: French law.
